This is my first time using Get Van so I was a little dubious I would find someone for my job, but I thought I would give it a try. I received a couple of bids one was from iDeliver.
The Communication was perfect, David answered all my questions, Communicated with me the night before delivery and on the day of Delivery, David was very Friendly, Helpful and Completely Trustworthy, and my item arrived in Perfect Condition. Avoid at all costs! Arranged collection on day & time, never showed up on day. Apologised, and re-arranged collection for following week. Phoned them the morning of collection to confirm it was happening, and said would be there for 11am... guess what..never turned up! No answer to messages, no contact for failure to collect again. Absolute waste of my time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
