I am very satisfied with the job that Wade did! He came on time, he was very polite and the item was delivered at the exact time that he promised.

Cheapest price, but driver wasn't informed of specific requirements (timings, location etc), so tuned up nearly two hours early and asked an elderly neighbour to help him load sofa as nobody was at collection address (as informed at time of accepting order). Upon arrival at mine, poor guy was on his own, so I ended up having to help him up six stories. Ended up bunging him an extra £15 for his efforts, so actually ended up a false economy). In summary, driver was a really nice guy, but his company didn't fulfil their commitment to me as a customer.
