DTL Freight is one of the worst companies that I have encountered in my life. They charged me in advance £39.50 and never showed up. The mobile phone that they provide to GETVAN never gets picked up. They only email you with the details of the job so you think they are going to do it, then they send you an invoice and at that moment they start sending you emails delaying the job. After a couple of emails with bad excuses they stop sending you emails and never respond again.
This is not the first time this company has done this, here is another example:

I have called them already like 10 times and I have emailed them asking to give me my money back, haven't had any response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!!!

The driver is grumpy and very abusive. He kept complaining about boxes being heavy and only unloaded them off his van and refused to take them through my door, claiming this is what all other companies do. That is fine if it is true.
However, ridiculous thing happened when he was leaving. It was a very poor customer service and I said that I will leave online feedback to reflect the service received, at that moment, he started abusing me in the following words "you are a ****** piece of *****, you ***** idiot". How could you treat a customer like that? It is my right to leave feedback and tell other customers what I have suffered. On no occasion, people can be abused like this!
If you consider moving stuff in future, please please do not use Tony Johnson. If this grumpy man somehow gets unhappy, he will simply abuse like he has done to me. We, as customer, pay for services, not for being abused.
