Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.

At first I was worried about leaving my car to a complete stranger, but when I met James I found out that he was professional driver for 25 years. My car was successfully transported to London without any scratch or event dirt. Thank you so much I will definitely call you again if I need any help.
