The removal guy showed up with a full van that had not been packed properly and was really unprofessional. He said that he would come back the next day with an empty van for us but seeing everything already thrown in the back, I didn't trust having anything transported by him as everything would definitely be broken. Nothing was tied down and secured properly. He also showed up extremely late.

Excellent service, arrived on time, within less than an hour the van was packed and on delivery to the other address everything was done with an excellent standard. He was attentive to the job, and I%u2019m told by my colleague (I was out of the office that day) that the driver was courteous and polite when collecting. The load was delivered quickly, we were fully satisfied with the service and as a charity, the competitive price was appreciated.
