I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.

It was my first experience with getvan but it was not successful as your van company didn't reply to my Vaal and text.
It was my international order of temperature control air shipment. Due to your listed company my order was cancelled and I lost my customer as well.
