Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.

This is my first time using Get Van so I was a little dubious I would find someone for my job, but I thought I would give it a try. I received a couple of bids one was from iDeliver.
The Communication was perfect, David answered all my questions, Communicated with me the night before delivery and on the day of Delivery, David was very Friendly, Helpful and Completely Trustworthy, and my item arrived in Perfect Condition.
