Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.

Very friendly and useful service. I changed the pick up address but this was not a problem for this guy. Very delighted from all aspects of the delivery. I certainly can recommend the company and would always book their services again.
