Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.

Good email communication until I paid the deposit and then nothing. I had to make other arrangements. In the meantime, the chairs had been left out for him to collect and got wet. I am very unimpressed.

First class service from Gary, kept me well informed of arrival time allowing me to get on with my day , was pretty much bang on time. Loaded the van easily and no issues and was very fair with his pricing. Saved me a lot of hassle and kept me and the customer at the far end well informed of the items progress. Would use again no problem .

In the UK, air rifles are classed as firearms. Because of this we are unable to use couriers such as Fed Ex, UPS etc to send the guns abroad, even if the gun requires no import paperwork in your country, which in a lot of cases they don’t, they must still be exported in the same way as a shotgun or a rifle and flown to an airport for you to collect. The only exceptions to this are customers in Mainland Europe.
