One of your van drivers left in the lurch the day we were moving flat. All calls to your office were not responded to until the following day, despite the fact that it was during your stated office hours. We went to a competitor, who was immediately responsive and found us several van drivers who could step in and do the job. You did issue a refund after 2 weeks.

William Wallace driver was fantastic, he took care of my goods as if they were his own and did his very best to give me the best delivery price he could. Next time I need something delivered I will phone him direct as I trust him 100 0/0. Great communication during his 550 mile journey. Look no further if you need a delivery person, as he is the man for the job
