Last minute cancelation first time, then just didn't show the second despite me explaining I had an hours journey to meet him at the location of the item. I would not recommend.

This is my first time using Get Van so I was a little dubious I would find someone for my job, but I thought I would give it a try. I received a couple of bids one was from iDeliver.
The Communication was perfect, David answered all my questions, Communicated with me the night before delivery and on the day of Delivery, David was very Friendly, Helpful and Completely Trustworthy, and my item arrived in Perfect Condition. It was my first experience with getvan but it was not successful as your van company didn't reply to my Vaal and text.
It was my international order of temperature control air shipment. Due to your listed company my order was cancelled and I lost my customer as well.
