I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.

I got Gary to move 4 valuable car wheels from Manchester to London.
Both collection date and time plus delivery date were critical as the seller was only available within a small time window on that particular day and the wheels had to get to London to meet an outgoing shipment.
Gary stuck to his dates and times perfectly !!!

Very very good and friendly service !! The wheels were taken care of as if they were babies.
