William Wallace driver was fantastic, he took care of my goods as if they were his own and did his very best to give me the best delivery price he could. Next time I need something delivered I will phone him direct as I trust him 100 0/0. Great communication during his 550 mile journey. Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.
