Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.

Item 1: I have no idea of the weight but it is heavy. Will be ready for collection from 25th July, possibly earlier if necessary. It comes in three separate parts (top cupboard, middle drawers, bottom cupboard, the MDF inside shelving section comes out too, so relatively easy to move, but will nevertheless require two people. We used my trolley dolly which you can borrow if necessary. Deliver any time up to Friday 3rd August or after Friday 10th August.
