Avoid at all costs! Arranged collection on day & time, never showed up on day. Apologised, and re-arranged collection for following week. Phoned them the morning of collection to confirm it was happening, and said would be there for 11am... guess what..never turned up! No answer to messages, no contact for failure to collect again. Absolute waste of my time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Item 1: It's a tall house plant and I am guessing it's less than 220cm long and about 150cm wide. It can be laid flat and the pot and soil will be wrapped in a bag. I will be there to help on both ends, pickup is ground floor, delivery is 1st floor. The plant isn't heavy.
