Highly recommend - Mark was a star, and made a stressful day for our family much easier. He was on time, professional, had a positive attitude, and was 100% reliable. We were able to discuss logistics and work together as a team; and his priority was always delivering my goods safely. The driver is grumpy and very abusive. He kept complaining about boxes being heavy and only unloaded them off his van and refused to take them through my door, claiming this is what all other companies do. That is fine if it is true.
However, ridiculous thing happened when he was leaving. It was a very poor customer service and I said that I will leave online feedback to reflect the service received, at that moment, he started abusing me in the following words "you are a ****** piece of *****, you ***** idiot". How could you treat a customer like that? It is my right to leave feedback and tell other customers what I have suffered. On no occasion, people can be abused like this!
If you consider moving stuff in future, please please do not use Tony Johnson. If this grumpy man somehow gets unhappy, he will simply abuse like he has done to me. We, as customer, pay for services, not for being abused.

Very friendly and useful service. I changed the pick up address but this was not a problem for this guy. Very delighted from all aspects of the delivery. I certainly can recommend the company and would always book their services again.
