William Wallace driver was fantastic, he took care of my goods as if they were his own and did his very best to give me the best delivery price he could. Next time I need something delivered I will phone him direct as I trust him 100 0/0. Great communication during his 550 mile journey. The morning of our move the courier cancelled as his van had broken down. He could not give us another date as it was unknown how long it would take to fix. We had travelled from Bristol to Ilfracombe to meet him and had a wasted journey. As we had paid a small amount as a deposit we did not try to reclaim it. We will not be using this service again.
