Good communication, however one of the chairs delivered came with a big scratch. (Confirmed with sellers it wasn't there before collection.) Cost wise it wasn't the lowest bid, so I was expecting safe delivery, but invain.

I get the feeling my request is an inconvenience, shall I cancel everything ? my goods are meant to be collected today but nobody has contacted either myself or the seller. A simple reply is all it takes, some sort of acknowledgement surely ??
