The guys were extremely polite, friendly and helpful and keen to please. They were a bit late due to traffic on the M25 and possibly underestimating the time taken to load items, but they will soon get the hang of this. I wouldn't use them to transport family heirlooms but would definitely use them again for the type of mixed furniture, boxes and bags we wanted transported. they were lovely.
