One of your van drivers left in the lurch the day we were moving flat. All calls to your office were not responded to until the following day, despite the fact that it was during your stated office hours. We went to a competitor, who was immediately responsive and found us several van drivers who could step in and do the job. You did issue a refund after 2 weeks.

The Removalist I thought I'd booked backed out of the job after I adviced him it might be a two man job and I still paid the deposit. The wardrobe is still waiting to be picked up
