Next time I need something delivered I will phone him direct as I trust him 100 0/0. Great communication during his 550 mile journey. Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.
