Avoid at all costs! Arranged collection on day & time, never showed up on day. Apologised, and re-arranged collection for following week. Phoned them the morning of collection to confirm it was happening, and said would be there for 11am... guess what..never turned up! No answer to messages, no contact for failure to collect again. Absolute waste of my time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Thanks for the help. The move was fast and smooth. There is no any damage to the items. The price wasn%u2019t the lowest possible, but it was worth it.

Really really satisfied with the service. Perfectly on time. Plus David such a lovely person who are willing to help you regardless of him doing the job alone.

Cheapest price, but driver wasn't informed of specific requirements (timings, location etc), so tuned up nearly two hours early and asked an elderly neighbour to help him load sofa as nobody was at collection address (as informed at time of accepting order). Upon arrival at mine, poor guy was on his own, so I ended up having to help him up six stories. Ended up bunging him an extra £15 for his efforts, so actually ended up a false economy). In summary, driver was a really nice guy, but his company didn't fulfil their commitment to me as a customer.
