This is my first time using Get Van so I was a little dubious I would find someone for my job, but I thought I would give it a try. I received a couple of bids one was from iDeliver.
The Communication was perfect, David answered all my questions, Communicated with me the night before delivery and on the day of Delivery, David was very Friendly, Helpful and Completely Trustworthy, and my item arrived in Perfect Condition. I would absolutely RECOMMEND!! David to anyone, it was a Pleasure and I am very grateful for your Very Efficient Service.

Cheapest price, but driver wasn't informed of specific requirements (timings, location etc), so tuned up nearly two hours early and asked an elderly neighbour to help him load sofa as nobody was at collection address (as informed at time of accepting order). Upon arrival at mine, poor guy was on his own, so I ended up having to help him up six stories. Ended up bunging him an extra £15 for his efforts, so actually ended up a false economy). In summary, driver was a really nice guy, but his company didn't fulfil their commitment to me as a customer.
