This is my first time using Get Van so I was a little dubious I would find someone for my job, but I thought I would give it a try. I received a couple of bids one was from iDeliver.
The Communication was perfect, David answered all my questions, Communicated with me the night before delivery and on the day of Delivery, David was very Friendly, Helpful and Completely Trustworthy, and my item arrived in Perfect Condition. I'm not getting any responses, have messaged four times. I get the feeling my request is an inconvenience, shall I cancel everything ? my goods are meant to be collected today but nobody has contacted either myself or the seller. A simple reply is all it takes, some sort of acknowledgement surely ??
