I was contacted immediately by the driver. We easily agreed about the date. He even offered additional packaging free of charge!

The morning of our move the courier cancelled as his van had broken down. He could not give us another date as it was unknown how long it would take to fix. We had travelled from Bristol to Ilfracombe to meet him and had a wasted journey. As we had paid a small amount as a deposit we did not try to reclaim it. We will not be using this service again.
