Very polite but ultimately did not provide any service at all and strung me along for almost 2 full weeks, insisting each time that they would be in contact later the same day with either a delivery date or a cancellation. They never once called back and demonstrably avoided many attempts to contact them - for example not answering calls or messages from my number but promptly answering the phone when I used other numbers.

Neville was really flexible, turned up exactly on time and nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful. I will definitely use him again.

These guys were great - kept me informed all the way and were really easy to deal with. I have already booked another job with them.
