Excellent service from the team. Arrived in good time. Loaded and restrained goods professionally and had a really helpful attitude. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for a very pleasant experience . Gary our courier was very helpful courteous and smart driver , keeping us updated at all times and arrived as advised on the dot . His van was immaculate and with plenty of straps and padding if needed.
No question , we will definitely use GetVan and Gary again if needed. Thanks for everything 5* +

Cheapest price, but driver wasn't informed of specific requirements (timings, location etc), so tuned up nearly two hours early and asked an elderly neighbour to help him load sofa as nobody was at collection address (as informed at time of accepting order). Upon arrival at mine, poor guy was on his own, so I ended up having to help him up six stories. Ended up bunging him an extra £15 for his efforts, so actually ended up a false economy). In summary, driver was a really nice guy, but his company didn't fulfil their commitment to me as a customer.
