We had trouble communicating. I expect Flori is very busy and doesn't always have time to email contacts. So I changed to another provider and we are well in touch.

The removal guy showed up with a full van that had not been packed properly and was really unprofessional. He said that he would come back the next day with an empty van for us but seeing everything already thrown in the back, I didn't trust having anything transported by him as everything would definitely be broken. Nothing was tied down and secured properly. He also showed up extremely late.
