Very prompt collection and delivery, was able to be flexible when arranging times. Item was delivered on the next day undamaged.

Good communication, however one of the chairs delivered came with a big scratch. (Confirmed with sellers it wasn't there before collection.) Cost wise it wasn't the lowest bid, so I was expecting safe delivery, but invain.
