William Wallace driver was fantastic, he took care of my goods as if they were his own and did his very best to give me the best delivery price he could. Next time I need something delivered I will phone him direct as I trust him 100 0/0. Great communication during his 550 mile journey. Good email communication until I paid the deposit and then nothing. I had to make other arrangements. In the meantime, the chairs had been left out for him to collect and got wet. I am very unimpressed.
