I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.

Last minute cancelation first time, then just didn't show the second despite me explaining I had an hours journey to meet him at the location of the item. I would not recommend.
