First class service from Gary, kept me well informed of arrival time allowing me to get on with my day , was pretty much bang on time. Loaded the van easily and no issues and was very fair with his pricing. Saved me a lot of hassle and kept me and the customer at the far end well informed of the items progress. One of your van drivers left in the lurch the day we were moving flat. All calls to your office were not responded to until the following day, despite the fact that it was during your stated office hours. We went to a competitor, who was immediately responsive and found us several van drivers who could step in and do the job. You did issue a refund after 2 weeks.
