One of your van drivers left in the lurch the day we were moving flat. All calls to your office were not responded to until the following day, despite the fact that it was during your stated office hours. We went to a competitor, who was immediately responsive and found us several van drivers who could step in and do the job. You did issue a refund after 2 weeks.

I'm not getting any responses, have messaged four times. I get the feeling my request is an inconvenience, shall I cancel everything ? my goods are meant to be collected today but nobody has contacted either myself or the seller.
