I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.

Questions
Hello and good morning. Please confirm this is an upright metal framed piano and how many if any steps at each location? What value for insurance underwriting? This is an under counter fridge? What are the general items, boxes, how many and estimated weight? Time frame: is this something that can be completed weekday or weekend or only within working hours? The point behind all these questions is to coincide your transport when I come back off the ferry from Dublin heading to The West Country and I don't want to waste my time or yours if my services don't meet your needs? Please reply by 14:00hrs today as I have a finite schedule - Regards Don
