They were very friendly and helpful, and ensured that my house move went as smooth as possible. My completion was delayed until late in the day and they were very patient and understanding about the situation. I would use again if necessary and would recommend.

I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.
