• Atomyyx Removals Limited is dedicated in servicing our clients with a wide variety of removal services , whether it be a 5 bedroom house move for a full family or a flat move for an individual, we make the process easy and hassle free. All our vans are equipped with trolleys, ratchet straps, cargo nets and a wide range of professional tools which always come in handy to dismantle that awkward bed that just wont squeeze through that door. Our quote includes: - 1/2 Mercedes Sprinter Luton vans equipped with a tail lift with an overall capacity of 22 cubic meters (750 cubic feet) - A team of 2/3 professional and enthusiastic porters to handle the job for you - Insurance for your goods up to £10.000 -24/7 customer support. -Please always check for availability before booking as we reserve the right to cancel any job accepted without notice. - Please note that our quotes are for the items listed . In addition we will charge extra if this was not discussed prior to booking and do not appear on our job sheet . We are not to be held liable for any requirements which were not made prior to booking. .- With instant card payments we charge 20 % VAT. - We offer full packing service on request that includes boxes , bubble wrap and tape . We charge 5 £/box. -If the client requires the items to be moved above ground floor and this has not been specified prior to booking we will charge 20 £ per floor . - For house moves please make sure to discuss the details prior to booking , As we understand timing can shift we offer 30/40 minutes flexibility . If 40 min are exceeded we will charge 25 pounds per half an hour . - As we understand that unpredictable situations can occur , we do require a minimum of 4 days notice for any job cancellation . If the client does not give us a minimum 4 days notice we reserve the right to charge a minimum 40% of the quote value in order to recover from keeping the date occupied . - payment has to be made upfront after the job is complete - all parking charges will be supported by the client including congestion and dart charge . -if not discussed prior to booking we reserve the right to charge 20% extra of the job value if the distance from where the van is parked to the house entrance exceeds 20 m .
