All our members are hardworking and self motivated, will always do there job in the best way possible. 1.We reserve the right to cancel jobs if they have been accepted prior without checking our availability. 2.We reserve the right apply extra charges, in case there are changes in inventory list and additional items are added. Please do understand we schedule our loads, and we should be aware of any changes. 3. We aren’t any under obligations to dismantle/reassemble the client items unless it was negotiated before job acceptance. This service will be at extra charge. 4. If there’s a distance between where the VAN is parked and the entrance to the House/Flat bigger than 10 meters, we reserve the right to charge an extra £5-£15 for each meter of distance. 5. We reserve the right to take other jobs on board, unless the customer has required the VAN only for his job. 6. If the client didn’t negotiate a time slot for the pick-up/drop-off then we reserve the right to choose one. 7. This is building-to-building service and all quotes are including free complimentary room to room service. In case floor levels have not been mentioned on the job-sheet, items will be delivered to the ground floor, or additional charges will be applied to cover the costs. 8. All damages/complains must be reported on delivery or within a maximum 24 hour window after job completion, otherwise insurers will not accept a claim. A written copy of the claim must be provided with full details of the claim. 9. Items weight that we can lift are limited by Health&Safety Regulations, and we reserve the right to empty/dismantle and apply extra charges for this. 10. If floor level is not stated extra charges might be incurred. 11. Cancelation fee is 50% of the agreed price + VAT. 12. Only the transport manager from the head office can ask and give a price for extra charges. We always try to be as flexible as possible.
