DTL Freight is one of the worst companies that I have encountered in my life. They charged me in advance £39.50 and never showed up. The mobile phone that they provide to GETVAN never gets picked up. They only email you with the details of the job so you think they are going to do it, then they send you an invoice and at that moment they start sending you emails delaying the job. After a couple of emails with bad excuses they stop sending you emails and never respond again. This is not the first time this company has done this, here is another example: https://www.facebook.com/ImTheCustomer/posts/821976807895242 I have called them already like 10 times and I have emailed them asking to give me my money back, haven't had any response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!!!
