I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.

Highly recommend - Mark was a star, and made a stressful day for our family much easier. He was on time, professional, had a positive attitude, and was 100% reliable. We were able to discuss logistics and work together as a team; and his priority was always delivering my goods safely. Its frankly pointless making bids and asking questions when almost always there is never a response from listed advertisers. The map links don't work and haven't for years and some listed adverts are over a year old! Emails to the owners don't get responses. I also have no method of knowing if my questions or bid is even relieved by the listing advertiser. Not the most enjoyable experience of trying to help customers with their needs.....
