I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.

Bobby was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Kept in touch regularly and just before delivery which was a great help to all concerned. Would absolutely use him again thanks and a gentleman. Great service at great price. Would highly highly recommend.

The man came late, the van was smaller than needed, had to wait extra time to fit the items in. Will not be calling again!
