Received competitive quote and agreed with provider over the phone. He has since failed to respond to any texts, phone calls or emails. Very disappointed as this was a job for a Dog Rescue. Avoid at all costs.

DTL Freight is one of the worst companies that I have encountered in my life. They charged me in advance £39.50 and never showed up. The mobile phone that they provide to GETVAN never gets picked up. They only email you with the details of the job so you think they are going to do it, then they send you an invoice and at that moment they start sending you emails delaying the job. After a couple of emails with bad excuses they stop sending you emails and never respond again.

I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.

BHF shop open 9am to 5am have 12 days max for pickup

yes that is fine all the details of pickup are on the ebay listing, they require my paypal payment receipt on pickup i can email that to you. wheelchair is not waterproof so will need to be kept dry until delivery anytime before xmas.
