First class service from Gary, kept me well informed of arrival time allowing me to get on with my day , was pretty much bang on time. Loaded the van easily and no issues and was very fair with his pricing. Saved me a lot of hassle and kept me and the customer at the far end well informed of the items progress. Would use again no problem .

DTL Freight is one of the worst companies that I have encountered in my life. They charged me in advance £39.50 and never showed up. The mobile phone that they provide to GETVAN never gets picked up. They only email you with the details of the job so you think they are going to do it, then they send you an invoice and at that moment they start sending you emails delaying the job. After a couple of emails with bad excuses they stop sending you emails and never respond again.
This is not the first time this company has done this, here is another example:

I have called them already like 10 times and I have emailed them asking to give me my money back, haven't had any response.

Would this be collected from a residential address or from a business, and likewise the delivery?
WE can quote for both one or two persons delivering your item , however a cheaper price would be quoted if only one person was assigned.
We are fully insured against theft, damage and loss.
